Don't worry about it. Your scanner has a wide enough receive it will hear it
either to the 5 or down 5 frequency from these "Splinter" channels. Newer
scanners conforming to the new "narrowband" plan should pick up that
frequency only.

There has been an explanation of this on the MONIX List for quite a few
years now.

and  ONLY Say "Send List".

P.S. there are some new frequencies in the VHF band, such as 155.8575, which
a narrowband (6.25 this time not 12.5 as you referenced above) cannot go to
exactly, In practice stations have been able to close enough to these new
systems, and even have been passed through the repeaters well enough to be
understood. As long as the used the proper CTCSS (PL) of course.



> On the FCC website I am seeing new frequencies being allocated that are 7
digits ie.. 151.1125.  In attempting to put them into my scanner (I have a
BC785) it will not let me put them in, it automatically rounds up.
