[ScanIndiana] IC-PCR1000

I had the PCR-100 (no sideband) and I thought it was great,
but the Icom software sucks. You need to buy a 3rd party
software to get the real feel of it. The software I had was
TalkPCR and was from the U.K.  This scanner is great for
searching out new freqs.
