[ScanIndiana] S.E. Ind 800 ?

I have a Bearcat BC895 XLT and want to hear the Indiana State Police
in South East Indiana. When I program in the below freqs. and push
the trunk button the banks flash. Then I hit the "J" bank where I have
these freqs. and it displays "ERROR"
What am I doing wrong?
