[ScanIndiana] GMRS activity in Central Indiana?

Rick,
    I moved from Indy last Oct, but had monitored GMRS
for several years and came up with this theory:
It just never caught on in Indiana!
Very few people even know what it is, just some
occasional traffic, mostly one couple southwest of
Indianapolis. Might be the right time for it though.
