[ScanIndiana] Anyone in Decatur, Ripley, Dearborn, Ohio, Jefferson, or Switzerland Counties?

 ISP is supposed to "go live" in that district about 4-1-2002.  Don't know to what degree that means though...  The project was supposed to include the entire district by 1-1-2002 (well, I think that was the last date)...but we missed that one too.  We shall see...
