[ScanIndiana] Need Clarification On Morgan County

No, I don't believe that Morgan County has made the switch yet.  As far
as I know, the tower in Mooresville is shared between Johnson County and
Indiana State Police District 53 (Putnamville).

Having said that, I did notice that a few new talkgroups started
appearing this morning, around 0230-0400 Local.  These were digital, and
in ranges that I had never seen/heard before.  Maybe we are on the brink
of something new here...

Drat!  They can come out with that digital scanner ANY DAY NOW...  :-)
