Have you checked out the pages Dave and Tom posted yesterday? That should
provide you with all of the frequency information you need.
I encourage everyone on the list to email any frequencies that you find to
the list, and not to individual people. If privacy is a concern, I can
repost them and remove your name.

I agree. The whole thing is dangerously irresponsible. Some of the
officers actions when confronted by legitimate business licensees were
even more reprehensible.

Well, they do have to have a ham radio license to talk on ham radio bands,
but in looking through the FCC rules and regs, they are not prohibited
from discussing police operations on the bands. In fact, if 2 police
officers are licensed, and want to chat about stuff while at work, I see
no problem with this at all.
Let's make sure that we keep on track here. We have the right to be
outraged at the illegal activities of some of the folks using these
unlicensed frequencies, with non-type accepted radios, but let's make sure
we don't cloud the issue with stuff that is not illegal.
