THEY ARE NOT LEGAL ON MURS!

MURS requires equipment that is TYPE ACCEPTED.  Modified HAM radio gear IS
NOT TYPE ACCEPTED for MURS use.  I hope you are using a true MURS type
accepted radio.

Anyone using a HAM radio with a CAP/MARS mod on MURS is ALSO operating
ILLEGALLY!

Folks, there are sever issues here..

1) The use of unlicensed frequencies.
2) Usage of equipment that's NOT TYPE ACCEPTED for the frequency it's on.
3) Unprofessional behavior.

Face it folks, the "stuff" you are hearing gets said in person & via
cell-phones all the time.  It should not come as a shock that's it's being
said on these TAC radios.

I talk on M.U.R.S. and get alot of IPD traffic on
there also. At least they are legal there.
