[ScanIndiana] Chicago, IL PD!!!

[In Case of Fire, Break Glass]

To my surprise, at nights I am picking up the Chicago,
IL PD loud and clear from my apartment in
Kendallville, IN! All frequencies in the 460's...the
best signal comes from far north in Zone 11...makes
for interesting listening...

Anyone else hearing them that normally doesn't?
