 No,  MECA we be running Motorola ASTRO Digital System, which the new digital 
scanner will be able to monitor with the APCO 25 card. Marion County will 
have the same system that Johnson County already has. Part of the statewide 
deal. By the time MECA gets the new system online ( if they do ) there will 
be a lot more different types of digital cards out that will go to the new 
scanners. So, yes you will be able to monitor MECA.
