Interesting that this was Done on a local level , FCC was not part of it, I 
did Have a Friend who lives in Munster In . who showed Me a copy of the 
Town Water Bill that States The PD will enforce Nuisance Complaints on freq 
24 Mhz to 30 Mhz, Yes I know what everyone is Thinking no way,  that would 
also include the 10 And 12 Meter Ham Band, we Don't have to start a Big 
thread on this , I just think some will find the story interesting. I would 
Give anyone a $ 1000 that could stand in front of My House and tell me if 
that old CB Ground plane  was cut for 10 or 11 Meters, By  the way His Cash 
bond Was $ 50.000,  Had to Post $ 5.000  I wonder How Many other areas in 
this State That Local PD Has this Authority.
