[Scan-DC] Scan-DC Digest, Vol 249, Issue 2

Thx. I checked the TFR page, nothing for today in/near DC but the recent
rotary wing prohibition near DCA and a STFR over POTUS' Sterling Golf Club.

I thought there was a website that lists flyovers, such as for ANC but I
can't seem to find it.

But the consensus seems to be, it's 5 PM to coincide with the budget bill
signing, I've seen that in a couple places now. So thanks for that!
