He will be the coordinator for FIFA for the upcoming World Cup event in
June in Washington, D.C.

He is looking to hire two people. One will require familiarity with a
spectrum analyzer. But the other will mostly be tagging radios.

As discussed, I need 2 (paid + expenses) DC folks to do spectrum monitoring
and Test and Tag for the following days:

June 13 to June 26, the test and tag is 10 days, and the spectrum
monitoring is 8 days. I can give you the exact dates when you are ready!
