Sounds like SPARE1 (TG 2353) was patched via gateway with a Harris system.
Maybe JNCR?

Also, I've been trying to figure out who the 4109xxx RIDs are. 4109041
identified himself as ICT during the checks today. The only other one I've
seen is RHCC using 4109739. VSP is 4100xxx.
