[Scan-DC] Anne Arundel County Fire/EMS

I have reprogrammed my BCD396T and 396XT scanners with fresh Anne Arundel County Fire/EMS data since they stopped receiving a while back. I assume AA Co. changed something... about the time they went encrypted on police TGs. The new programming (used Radio Reference subscription download) does not work either.

Can someone give me some guidance?  I'm assuming they are using a system my scanners are not capable, but I'm not too savvy in this arena. Thanks
