Subject: Capitol Hill Monitors-South Meetups
A few years back I tried to start monthly meetups in the Fredericksburg, VA area.   I am polling the group to see if there would be an interest in starting this up again.  The focus would be mostly scanner radio and shortwave listening.   The location we used to meet at has changed their hours so If we decided to meet on a weeknight, they we would have to change the location.   Other options include meeting on Saturdays and locations such as IHOP or Bob Evans, etc.

There is a similar special interest group that meets in Raleigh, NC.  It is an extension of the amateur radio club.
