By the way, DLARC received permission to scan and post Monitoring Times —
as a result, we now have more than 300 issues at
https://archive.org/details/monitoringtimes — it might be worth a blurb in
the next Capitol Hill Monitor? We are still looking for paper copies of
many issues, including all of 1982-1987… if you have any to donate, or know
of someone who does? The list of issues we need is at
