[Scan-DC] License Directory Privacy

>From my POV, eliminating the address would make the entire point of having
the callsign directory useless.  There are certain things we accept when we
receive a government license - one is our address in a government
database.  Our addresses, emails, telephone numbers and lots of personal
information are already on the internet.  My opinion is that anyone who
does not want to divulge their address in the FCC database probably
shouldn't have a ham radio license to begin with.  Maybe an exception for
those in the witness protection program, but that's understandable 😁.
