[Scan-DC] Assateague State Park radio frequencies

Assateague State Park Rangers utilize Maryland FiRST 700mhz. They have an
"ops" talkgroup on it. They should also have an "Admin" talkgroup as most
state parks do but most likely don't use it like the other parks don't.

NRP Officers that patrol Assateague utilize NRP Area 1 talkgroups.

"East Park Ops" on FiRST is a calling channel for state parks on the
Eastern Shore. At times rangers, NRP officers, and National Park Service
Law Enforcement Rangers  utilize it for Interop at Assateague.

Also during the summer, sometimes they utilize the State Park Events
talkgroups for capacity closures/parking.
