[Scan-DC] The Whistler EZ-Scan FAQ is now live

It occurred to me that while the Uniden HP scanners have their own Sentinel wiki, we didn't have anything for the Whistler scanners that use EZ-Scan such as the TRX-1. Putting one together would keep the logical design of the FAQs in parallel since both will now have a separate wiki for their respective software. It's a little rough yet, but it should now be useable. As always corrections and additions are needed and welcome.
