Hi Alan,

I would suggest PlanePlotter. I use it at two 
locations, it supports a wide range of ADS-B 
Receivers. Bit more complex then ADS-B and is not 
a web based app but a Windows app but it will 
provide the same or better functionality then 
ADS-B Exchange to include worldwide sharing. It 
can be run without being a feeder to monitor aircraft.
