[Scan-DC] ADS - B data for Helicopters of DC

Since 2020 HelicoptersofDC has been helping Washingtonians better
understand the helicopters that fly over them every day. We have used DC's
limited ADS-B data, crowdsourcing from hundreds of community "spotters" and
even made it possible for residents to listen to and transcribe ATC radio
without needing to read an FAA route chart.

But now we need your help. With yesterday's purchase of ADSBExchange by
SilverSmith Capital Partners' JetNet, the flight tracking community may
lose unfettered access to the ADS-B data outside their immediate listening
area.

We have a community feeder script that will upload helicopters from your
ADSBExcange/FlightRadar24 Feeder to our database so we can provide it to DC
residents on our interactive data viewer at https://map.copterspotter.com

We are working hard on integrating this onto our map and we hope you will
