[Scan-DC] Ham: TGIF & BM on one MMDVM hotspot

My favorite scanner talk group is on the TGIF network, but most of my other
DMR interests are on Brandmeister.  When I lived in the range of a good DMR
repeater on the Brandmeister network, it wasn't a big deal, I prefer
supporting local repeaters over using my own private hotspot anyway, but my
recent move leaves me out of range of any DMR repeaters, so I wanted  to
press the hotspot into service for both BM & TGIF.  I found this article on

Of course, one could just add a second hotspot to their shack, but given my
utilization, I didn't find that it would be a cost effective solution.
Once it is setup, it is fairly easy to use, you just have to mask the TGIF
talkgroups when you program your radio.  For example, talkgroup  1033 on
TGIF is entered as 4001033 in my radio.
