[Scan-DC] Pirate on 90.3 in Adamstown, Md.

All,

Yes, I live in Frederick, MD and have noticed this station for awhile.  It
plays a mish mash of music, but mainly classic rock.  I waited to see if it
would play and ID.  Of course, it never did.
