[Scan-DC] live train site?

Most of CSX is done via landline or SATCOM now, at least in the DMV and
pretty much all the way to Cumberland.  The CSX RF&P Sub to Richmond has
always been cab signaled, and thus no signal data is available to be
captured for ATCS Monitor.  AMTRAK is exclusively on cab signals across the
entirety of the Northeast Corridor to Boston.

I believe the CSX Philly Sub may still be on over the air signaling, but I
haven't checked in on that in a few years.  Norfolk Southern is almost
exclusively ATCS over the air, and can be viewed if you have the software
and the radio to get the data packets.  That would cover from CR Tower
(Alexandria) all the way to Front Royal and/or Lynchburg and most of the
rest of the NS lines in the mid-Atlantic.
