[Scan-DC] Mil Air Frequencies?

Any suggestions as to the most active MilAir frequencies in the area, esp UHF but also VHF. As noted in my signature, I'm essentially due north of DC at the PA line.  I'm using this frequency list as a reference: http://henney.com/chm/MilAirFreqs.htm , but I assume some are probably more active than others?
