[Scan-DC] Greenbelt DORIS coordinates

I have found a official coordinate position of the Greenbelt DORIS site 
that is slightly different from what the coordinates that I got for the 
antenna Google Maps.   The official position is
North Latitude       :    39 deg  1' 12''
West Longitude       :    76 deg 49' 40''
 From what I can see in Google, this is the roof of the nearby building 
rather than the antenna.
