[Scan-DC] 401.25 MHz DORIS beacon coming from Goddard or somewhere else?

To day I was up there and I did myself hear 2036.25.  It was 
simultaneously the same transmission as on 401.25 with data burst every
10 s.  I used a HackRF1 and will later look at the data.
Per my earlier post, it is at Goddard Geophysical and Astronomical earth 
station at Springfield Rd. and the antenna is at N 39° 02' 15"  W 76° 
49' 49" .
