[Scan-DC] 401.25 MHz DORIS beacon coming from Goddard or somewhere else?

A Doris document list the "Greenbelt" (Goddard) site as
N 39° 1'  W 76° 50'.  However, the actual location is at the nearby 
Goddard Geophysical and Astronomical earth station aon Springfield Rd. 
and the antenna is at N 39° 02' 15"  W 76° 49' 49" (I found it marked on 
Goddard map) and it is visible in Google aerial view.

I went up there several years ago but did not hear it then.
