[Scan-DC] DC area NOAA stations "temporarily off the air"?

Yea... what 's really crazy is that they are NOT "off-the-air", just not
broadcasting weather information (yet the same robotic voice as mentioned
before).  While I doubt it, what are the chances of a hack???
