[Scan-DC] DC area NOAA stations "temporarily off the air"?

Interesting !!!  The same robotic voice that does give the weather, so
wonder what the problem is ???

I just tuned to 162.550MHz to test a SDR and I'm hearing "This NOAA weather
radio station is temporarily off the air...".  I'm hearing the same message
on 162.450MHz.

Maybe they're doing maintenance?
