DSD+ shows 151.910 as a standard DRM frequency here in Silver Spring. I'm not seeing a CAP+ control channel.
DMR(MOT) BS DCC:1
I've been monitoring it on an off for a few months now. I haven't logged any voice traffic on it yet.

Here's some homework if you're in Montgomery County.
Is this the missing CAP+ site 1 on the MCPS bus trunk?

Identify the unidentified talkgroups on the Mo. Co. public safety system
(including some unencrypted police talkgroups). There's a good starter list
here:
https://wiki.radioreference.com/index.php/Montgomery_County,_MD_(P25)#Unidentified_Talkgroups
For extra credit, figure out the radio IDs and dig into the encrypted
talkgroups. Here's a starter list of radio IDs:

For extra-extra credit, federal VHF to identify:
162.6 NAC 012 mixed clear and encrypted
