 DSD+ shows 151.910 as a standard DRM frequency here in Silver Spring.   I'm not seeing a CAP+ control channel.
DMR(MOT) BS DCC:1
I've been monitoring it on an off for a few months now.  I haven't logged any voice traffic on it yet.

(including some unencrypted police talkgroups). There's a good starter list
