[Scan-DC] Interesting Air Activity

Anyone have any ideas if there's an exercise this morning? Heard a low
helicopter go over a little while ago (Colesville part of Silver Spring)
and it's only sporadically showing on ADS-B.

There's also a BE30 type plane (N300TN) doing perfect circles over the UMD
College Park area. Assuming these may be related?

Looks like the helicopter did a few loops along the border of the city near
Takoma Park before cutting through the city towards the Potomac.

Just curious!
