[Scan-DC] Manassas City PD Encryption?

I just got a confirmation from another listener that Manassas City PD is now
encrypted.  Looks like your suspicion was correct.

I've not heard or seen any confirmation of this either and I am too far away
to confirm it with a radio.  Just to be sure, you've programmed this system:
https://www.radioreference.com/apps/db/?sid=7987   and are attempting to
listen to TG ID 2049 on that system?   Additionally, I do know there's been
a lot of back & forth talk in Prince William County with a new police chief
in place about them encrypting the county PD talkgroups, but I'm not sure if
anything was confirmed or decided yet.  The Manassas and Manassas Park
jurisdictions are on their own P25 system separate from PWCo, though.

Did Manassas encrypt their PD channel?  I have searched on the internet and
see no one discussing it.  I have a GRECOM PSR-800 that was updated by
Whistler to have the patch.  Manassas PD is encrypted on my scanner, any one
else can verify that they are encrypted or do I have a wrong setting?
