[Scan-DC] Manassas City PD Encryption?

I can hear Manassas Park PD Dispatch clearly on our in house scanner system today without issues. So it’s not encrypted.

Yes, that is what I have programmed but I am no expert on programming. I
just let the Whistler program do everything. I had heard about the back and
forth as well but PWC PD is not encrypted, Manassas Park is not either, just
Manassas PD, seems weird, just wondering if it is me or not. Thanks for

been
a lot of back & forth talk in Prince William County with a new police
chief in place about them encrypting the county PD talkgroups, but I'm
not sure if anything was confirmed or decided yet. The Manassas and
Manassas Park jurisdictions are on their own P25 system separate from
PWCo, though.

Did Manassas encrypt their PD channel? I have searched on the
internet and see no one discussing it. I have a GRECOM PSR-800 that
was updated by Whistler to have the patch. Manassas PD is encrypted
on my scanner, any one else can verify that they are encrypted or do I
have a wrong setting?
