[Scan-DC] DCA Aviation

Probably the storm.  I’ve been monitoring BWI and it’s the same thing up
here. Lots of missed approaches at a few hundred feet. Some wind shear
warnings and some just gusts of plus/minus 20 knots that made the approach
unstable.
