[Scan-DC] Secret Service requested a Blackhawk helicopter

The Secret Service requested a Blackhawk helicopter with "fast rope"
commandos to help reinforce the White House amid protests against police
violence in early June.

We obtained the letter from the Secret Service to CBP.
