[Scan-DC] Weather 550

KHB36 was on 162.550 and has been a weaker signal than 162.45 for quite some time, here in Silver Spring. I wonder if adding the transmitter for 162.45 they re-directed the .550 signal or moved it to a different antenna.  I have not been diligent in listening for the identifier.
