[Scan-DC] Weather 550

In Arlington/Ballston:

162.45 MHz: -51 dBm
162.55 MHz: -66 dBm

The relative signal strengths (15 dB difference) seem about normal, but I don't have previous numbers to back that up.

162.5500 are barely making it to Silver Spring and I have an outdoor antenna.
