[Scan-DC] Can scan-dc email settings be changed to allow small attachments?

Hi all,

For whomever is the administrator of scan-dc -- can the email settings be changed to allow small attachments, like medium-sized pictures or screen shots? That would be very useful for many of the threads. Screen grabs of interesting signals, short audio clips, a picture from an event, etc.
