CCN reporting, "there are two victims and one suspect is down."

Frederick City PD twitter account reporting an active shooter in the area
of Opposumtown Pike and Progress Drive with two victims and one suspect
down. Sounds like Trooper Two and Trooper Three are transporting. Too far
away to hear anything.
