I have one. It doesn't work very well with the Montgomery County P25 System. :(
It has the very same problem that the BCD996P2 has with simulcast P25 systems. It misses about 15% of transmissions.
I can see the scanner stop on a TG, but get no audio for the about 1 to 2 second at times. Very frustrating.
The only scanners that seems to be able to monitor Montgomery County and PG County System without dropping any transmission is the SD100 and SD200.
The BCD325P2 is easy to program from RR, however the interface is extremely slow. It takes me about 90 seconds to reload the Montgomery County system with the ARC XT PRO software. I can programing my SDS100 with the ARC536PRO software much quicker. I can reload over 25 systems into my SDS100 with ARC5360PRO in about 3 seconds flat. That's a huge difference when you want to reload or update your scanner pretty quickly.
If you're going to invest in good digital scanner, I recommend the SDS100. The only problem is they're very expensive and most distributors are currently out of stock.

Are any of you guys using this radio on Montgomery County?
How's it working? What about PG and DC?
Is the programming easily downloadable from RR?
Thanks,
Alan
