[Scan-DC] On air scanner net for SCAN-DC

[Greg Danes]

10 meters is a wreck most of the time but a few of us could check to see if
we could make the trip to Alex, FF, MC and such. Also would give newbies
with HF rigs a chance to talk to someone. I do simplex as much as I can but
rarely get outside Leesburg city limits.
