[Scan-DC] On air scanner net for SCAN-DC

Two Comments: 

1. I tried that back in the 90s on the NVFMA .91 repeater in Tysons.  It never went anywhere. 
2. I also ran a “Scanner Junkies” net on the TGIF DMR network.   The talkgroup 1033 is still 
Active and open for anyone to use via a DMR hotspot.     We have a facebook group and 
Discord server.

So my idea on a CB net went over like a lead balloon. How about a once a
week net on one of the repeaters? Preferably one perhaps with good coverage
of both MD and VA? There are so many repeaters around here that see little
to no use as it is and I am sure most owners would welcome a discussion net
just to listen in and see how far their machine is making it.

Just another idea from a ragchewer of the airwaves....
