[Scan-DC] Baltimore PD encryption

There is no other way to put it than what you just said. This case was a "little" different, because rather than streaming, the transmissions were being "tweeted" with interspersed opinion, (?slant?). However, the end result is still the same as streaming. Scanning was a hobby that was quietly enjoyed by the listener, but has now evolved into a public communication for all interested, which in turn, invites vastly different opinion from how polarized the nation has become. (Another example of this is some of these 1st amendment "auditors" who go out looking for AND creating issues). Are there bad police... YOU BET... I enjoyed my 12 years in Internal Affairs knowing that the difference I contributed to was at a different level. However, there will always be differences in opinion and those differences should be worked for a common GOOD GROUND and not serve as the fighting line of delineation. Again and as I said in the beginning, there is no other was to put it than what you just said.

People keep streaming and departments keep encrypting, there is definitely cause and effect!
