[Scan-DC] Question on FAA centers

I live in Leesburg VA. Right down the road from me about 2 miles is a FAA
building with a ton of antennas and microwave dishes. Can anyone tell me
what it's used for? I know it is part of the ATC center or *is* the ATC
center for this area like a focal point for comms of commercial aviation.

Does it have a group of HF and VHF/UHF frequencies I may be missing out
listening to?
