[Scan-DC] Rebel tactical radios

Most of the traffic that I heard was FRS and GMRS. 

I did hear some non-ham radio traffic on uhf band (some of the Ebay and Amazon 16 Channel pre-programmed like the BF-888s Baofeng’s are set in the UHF Band.)

I’d expect there will be a lot more folks dedicated to listening in over the next few days.

Interestingly with all the prep going on the COW’s and Temp Towers have been up for a few weeks. I believe they are active because as I have been around the Complex area I have had AMAZING service.
