[Scan-DC] Threat against US Capitol on ATC

As someone who used to work in the USCP Command Center, one can imagine the
craziness going on up there based on this info, While it surely doesn't
seem credible, intel is surely scrambling to gather intel.

This comes along with the significant level of threats coming from Iran.
