[Scan-DC] Monitoring Montgomery County

They just turned up their new P25 Phase II system last week.  Looks like it
came into production just before Xmas.  Check your control channels.   The
P16 system should still be operating on 853.8625 control channel and
853.6875 853.8875 853.9375 as alternates.  It's possible something has
changed with the P16 system though...unfortunately I'm too far away to
confirm.  The P25 II system is working on 853.6875c	853.8625a
853.8875a	853.9375a, so it's possible something's changed.  Might want
to look into a scanner that can receive P25 Phase II.

stopped receiving Montgomery. I keep getting looking for control channel.
