[Scan-DC] STOP Prince William Co (and Manassas/Park) from ENCRYPTING!!!

I think we have had some success in getting Montgomery County officials to
understand the importance of transparency by not encrypting the main police
channels.

Next on the calendar is Prince William County which is planning to encrypt
on Feb. 1, 2021.

They will be followed by Manassas City/ Manassas Park in June of 2021.

But with all the controversy and the new police chief, this is the time to
contact county officials and let them know what you think about
transparency and encrypting the main police channels.

At least this needs to be a discussion item for the Board of Supervisors.
